Phoenix Research Inc. is not affiliated with any manufacturer or vendor of security equipment nor do we sell, install or service equipment. We do not profit in any way from your selection of vendors or contractors.
We recognize that the assessment and design needs of each client differ based on a multitude of factors including the assets to be protected, risks and vulnerabilities associated with those assets, the client's organizational culture, their ability to implement and manage mitigation stratagem, and many other factors. No single solution can transcend these differences.
Each client site has unique issues and constraints that must be addressed. We work with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that the security infrastructure complements building design and functionality wherever possible.
PRI assessments, recommendations, and specifications are based on the needs of our clients; not on our ability to sell equipment or other services.
Our staff transforms raw assessment data into concise reports with specific recommendations. Recommendations are used to develop technical specifications and drawings and to provide our clients with support for the development and implementation of appropriate security practices.
Using accepted security standards from around the world, our staff assesses organizational assets, the threats, risks, and vulnerabilities that may impact these assets, and collaboratively develops prevention, mitigation, response, and recovery strategies.
We believe that security technologies are only one component of an organization's "security system." Other components of this system include policies, procedures, and processes, properly selected, trained, and supervised security staff, routine audits and drills, employee training, and management support. Security programming is a dynamic process and must be continuously adjusted to address new threats and concerns.
Based on the nature of the project, we work with your security integrator, electrical contractor, architect, or engineering firm to ensure security equipment is professionally installed, properly integrated, and working as designed.
Our experience in security management, our knowledge of the marketplace, and our technology experience, combined with our assessment and design experience, affords our clients a significant value.
In addition to the above, PRI can fulfill the role of a security division for our clients that currently do not have such within their existing corporate structure, as needed. |
