Effective Thursday, May 1, 2008, the NYS Office of Court Administration's 'Statewide'
CHRS fee increased to from $52.00 to $55.00 for each search submitted. 
This increase results from NYS Senate Bill 6806-C which was passed on April 23, 2008 requiring the increase.

A request for any one of these jurisdictions will result in a "Statewide" search of all 62 counties.
A search in any One of these jurisdictions will be $65.00 TOTAL COST,
The Boroughs & additional counties processed through the O.C.A. of New York Are:

Allegany, Cayuga, Chemung, Cortland, Delaware, Fulton, Hamilton,

EFFECTIVE 1/1/2009 – CHANGE IN COVERAGE: KENTUCKY
Kentucky Counties will be processed as STATEWIDE requests.
The A.O.C. in Frankfurt has proven to be more reliable, and comprehensive than county level inquiries. 
An Address for each applicant will be required per A.O.C. policy.
Cost will be $16.00 -Current Kentucky Statewide Price will be reduced to match.

EFFECTIVE 1/1/2009 –: NAPA County CA. Access Fee
Access fee will be $15.00 per name, per search.
Instead of Clerk assisted, it will be Clerk Searched each time.

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2008, -Wyoming County level search fee  
Fee will increase to $12.00 per name, per search - PLUS any applicable Court access fee.

EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2008 – Vermont District Court Access Fee Increase
FEE INCREASES FROM $10.00 TO $30.00 PER SEARCH

EFFECTIVE 1/1/2008 CHANGE IN CONNECTICUT LAW  - PUBLIC ACT NO. 07-243        
The act requires a "double-check" of information through the CT. judicial website.
Our CT. search results are in compliance with this act. The act also requires  (our clients)
to provide notice to the subject of the search that an inquiry has been made, and provide the
contact information of the End User making the initial inquiry of background. (our clients client)

$10.00 per name, per search conducted by the Clerks

EFFECTIVE 9/16/2007 - Wyoming County Level Search Price Increase
All individual county level searches will be $8.00 per name, per search plus applicable fees

EFFECTIVE 7/18/2007 -  Saint Clair County Illinois Access Fee:
$6.00 per name, per search                     

EFFECTIVE 7/9/2007 - Catahoula Parish Louisiana Access Fee
A $2.00 per year, per name assessed by the court. ($14.00)

EFFECTIVE 7/1/200 - Schuyler County New York: Access Fee
A $5.00 Court fee is now assessed per name, per search 

EFFECTIVE 2/1/2007 - Missouri State Police Fee Increase
Fee increased pursuant to Section 43.530, RSMO.
A Missouri Statewide search will be $20.00 if requested through this office.
If a county clerk denies access for a county level search request, the search
will be routed to the MSHP as the only other available option for information.

Effective 1/1/2007, -  Alcona & Delta Counties Michigan 
Access fee has increased from $5.00 to $10.00 per name, per search

Effective 10/13/2006 - Macomb County Michigan
District Court Clerks in this county will no longer provide bulk information to
independent researchers on a volume level consistent with the daily needs of the
Employment Screening Industry at large. Researchers are referred to the Michigan State Police.
There is NO PUBLIC ACCESS in the District Courts of Macomb County Michigan. 
Macomb county is now currently a FELONY SEARCH ONLY at the Circuit Court.

Effective 10/1/2006 - New Jersey Sales Tax Law Changed
The Law Imposes The Sales And Use Tax On The Following Services:

Effective 9/15/2006, -Macomb County Michigan Access
The default District Court searched for Misdemeanor criminal records is now:
EASTPOINTE DISTRICT COURT (38TH DISTRICT COURT) IN EASTPOINTE MI.  
District Court 41B, has announced that they will no longer process requests.  
Macomb County Circuit Court (Felony) is not affected, - no change in access.

Effective 9/15/2006, -Access Fee Increases - Tennessee 
Knox County TN. will increase from $5.00 to $6.00 per name, per search    
McMinn County TN. will increase from $5.00 to $6.00 per name, per search

Effective 8/23/2006:  - Berrien County Michigan 
Access fee increased from $10.00 to $11.00 per name, per search. (clerk search)

Effective 8/1/2006: Calhoun County Illinois 
Access fee is $6.00 per name, per search (No Public Access / Clerk search)  
Calhoun County Circuit Court (Combined Felony & Misdemeanor Court)

Effective 7/1/06: State & County Search Fee Increases
South Dakota Access Fee will increase from $15.00 to $20.00 per name.

County Level search fee increases will also take effect in these states:
LOUISIANA,                        ARIZONA,                        CONNECTICUT      
County level search requests will be $7.00 per name, - per search.      
Any / All applicable access fees currently in place will still apply. 
Imperial County Ca. Access Fee
Access Fee is now $15.00 Per Name , Per Search

Effective 3/23/06 - Change In Kentucky A.O.C. Court Policy
SSN's and DOB's are being truncated on every county case index.               
SSN is limited to only the last 4 digits, and DOB's will reflect YEAR ONLY.   
This will dramatically increase the turnaround-time to complete a
criminal search request within this state.

ATTENTION 3/22/2006 - Erie County Ny. Access Rescinded
County level access has been rescinded until further notice by order of      
the District Attorney's Office for Erie County New York.                                 
(Unrestricted Access to sealed records is the reason being sited.)

Marquette county increased from $5.00 to $10.00 per name, per search

Effective 1/1/2006 - Davidson County Tennessee
Access fee will increase from $15.00 to $20.00 per name, per search

Sumter County Florida
Access fee will be applied, -  $10.50 per name, per search

Effective 12/1/2005 - Maine / Each County will be $10.00 plus Access fee.
Superior Court is the Default Court searched in each county.
District Court in each county remains available, but separate Access fees are applied.

Schoharie County New York
$5.00 per name, per search Access fee imposed.

Effective 3/1/2005 - New Hampshire County Access Fee Imposed
Rather than attempt to implement the difficult pricing scheme as promoted by the New Court rule;
and in order to more fairly distribute the additional cost per search, all researchers throughout the state
have adopted a flat rate increase in their price per search to their clients.(this office)
The new access fee has been incorporated into our new listed pricing as a result.

Effective 11/1/2004 - Houghton county Michigan
Access fee increased from $10.00 to $40.00 per name / per search.                                        

Effective 10/1/2004 - Hawaii - All Islands, or Statewide
A $10.00 additional fee is assessed for subjects returned WITH Record found.
If No Record is found, - No additional fee is assessed.

Effective 5/25/2004 - Kent county Michigan is now charging $2.00 per docket (case)
revealed in addition to the $6.00 access fee already imposed.

Effective 1/16/2004 - Mariposa County California: Court Policy Change
Criminal & Civil Records search requests are now accepted only by U.S.Mail.
In addition to the Standard subject identifying information; A stamped, self addressed
envelope, and a check for $5.00 must be included with every request. You are encouraged to
submit any requests for this jurisdiction directly to the court at:
